Ron has the experience, motivation, intellect, and professional demeanor that will help you get the job done efficiently and without all the drama that can occur when buying/selling homes. Ron listed and sold our house in Lexington, Ky within a couple weeks, and was also my buyer’s agent for the new home we recently purchased. He personally handled all of our issues and concerns and there was no “passing the buck” to some rookie agent. Having bought and sold many homes in the past, I’ve come to realize just how important it is to have a great realtor to represent you for buying/selling your home. Many realtors I’ve come across are lazy, have awkward personalities, and lack the experience to execute properly….that’s not Ron! Ron gets tuned in to what you’re objectives are and we ended up purchasing the 3rd house we looked at with him (this was after I dumped my previous realtor who showed us dozens of houses that were not meeting my family’s requirements).
